Information you provide us directly:
When you contact us via our web form we ask for certain information such as your name and e-mail address. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service. Your details are never passed onto third parties.

On full payment of the invoice the Copyright of the scanned images remains with the client – Your scans will not be shared or reproduced in any way by PDScanning – On rare occasions we may write to you to ask to use a particular image on the website – all scanned images are removed from our database 1 months after you have acknowledged safe receipt of your returned order.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, cheque or PayPal invoice. Please note on orders over £100 if you wish to pay via PayPal there will be an extra charge of 3.4% + 20p to cover PayPal fees.
Should you somehow lose your scanned images and I still have them on a backup, I am happy to re upload the files to pixieset, my download service provider. There is a fee of £10 for locating you files and re-uploading them.
